  I recently went to this location and was very dissatisfied. I went through the drive-thru to get food for my family and I, as I brought it back home, as we began to eat, to my shock the food was undercooked and still cold. I called the establishment only to be ignored and told "I can't hear you" over four times as I tried to explain the situation I work in food service as well and I can sympathize with rushes establishments endure but please find the need to satisfy every customer. Panda is still mine and my family's favorite fast food but we will not be returning to this location.
